Sexual Harassment and Assault –

Description: Sexual Harassment and Assault is nothing new but we need to make sure we all have the knowledge, tools and courage to deal with it when and if we are confronted with it.

Verde Valley Sanctuary is hosting a free two-hour workshop open to men, women and teenagers.  Participants will go over three main subjects:

  1. How to protect oneself from physical and psychological harassment. Practical tips for dealing with situations at school, work and personal relationships.
  2. What you need to know about the law, proper documentation, and when to get the police involved
  3. Basic Self Defense
